• 5. Quote is 40–60% LOWER than everyone else. Nobody moves your household for half the market rate honestly.
• 6. Refuses to give you their GSTIN in writing before booking, or gives a GSTIN you cannot verify at services.gst.gov.in.
• 7. Business address on Google Maps is a residential building or a vacant plot — verify with Street View.
• 8. No physical office / walk-in available. Only a mobile number.
• 9. Communication only over WhatsApp — no email, no company letterhead, no formal quote PDF.
• 10. Insists on 50%+ advance payment upfront. Genuine movers take 20–30% booking amount, balance on delivery.
• 11. Payment demanded to a personal savings account, not a current company account. UPI to a personal name = red flag.

• Q5. What is the exact GST rate on your quote? (Answer: 18% for goods transport by road — SAC 9965/9967.)
• Q6. Is the truck dedicated for my consignment, or shared with other customers?
• Q7. Will my car and bike travel in the same truck as household goods?
• Q8. What is your insurance partner name, and can I get a sample insurance certificate now?
• Q9. What is the exact inventory list format I will sign, and what happens if something is damaged or missing on delivery?
• Q10. Will I get a proper itemised GST invoice on company letterhead — packing, transport, insurance, unloading listed separately?
• Q11. What is your policy if I want to reschedule the pickup by 3–5 days?
• Q12. Can I speak to 2–3 recent customers from a similar route / home size for reference?
