Quick Answer
Do you handle cantonment gate-pass entry?
Yes. We coordinate gate-pass paperwork in advance for pickup and delivery at Army, Air Force and paramilitary cantonments across the Northeast.
Before you book
- 1Confirm your movement order / transfer posting date
- 2Check your unit’s reimbursement ceiling (AGIF / AFGGIF slab for your rank)
- 3Decide if you need cantonment gate-pass coordination at pickup or delivery
- 4Note whether your unit requires a pre-approved vendor quote before booking
Documents to keep ready
- Movement order copy
- ID card / Service ID
- Gate pass request (if applicable — we help coordinate this)
- Address proof for both origin and destination
What a compliant mover must provide
Use this as your vendor test. If a mover cannot commit to every line in writing, keep looking.
- GST tax invoice in AGIF / AFGGIF-accepted format
- Declared-value insurance certificate before loading (not after)
- Fixed delivery timeline in writing
- Closed-body, weatherproof truck (mandatory for monsoon-season Northeast routes)
